What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the voice and heart of a global tech leader, supporting customers over phone and email while delivering a smooth, professional, and friendly experience.

📞 Inbound Calls

• Answer incoming calls on time and in a friendly, professional manner
• Schedule orders as per customer requests and ensure accuracy
• Handle escalations and complaints, providing clear and effective solutions
• Build customer loyalty by delivering a memorable, hassle-free experience over the phone

📧 Emails

• Manage customer emails and respond within a 24-hour SLA
• Escalate complex issues and complaints to the right teams when needed
• Understand customer needs and provide personalized, thoughtful responses
