Clifford Sahayaraj
CEOClifford Sahayaraj is a senior Human Capital and Transformation leader with over 25 years of experience advising CEOs and executive teams across the GCC and global markets. He has held leadership roles at IBM, Accenture, and KPMG, and currently serves as CEO of AMS International. Cliff is known for aligning people strategy with business outcomes, supporting growth, productivity, and enterprise transformation.nnHis expertise spans HR strategy, workforce transformation, leadership assessment, succession planning, and organisational design. He has led large-scale workforce initiatives across 40+ countries and managed global teams of over 80,000 professionals.
Soniya is a seasoned professional experience in accounting and financial reporting. Overseeing her team, Soniya is responsible for developing and maintaining a robust and reliable financial function, with expertise in internal auditing, budgeting, taxation, payroll management, and accounts payable/receivable. Her strong analytical skills and attention to detail contribute to effective financial controls, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial reporting.
