1. Solid experience in go live support.
2. Experience in implementation.
3. Active Certifications.
4. Minimum 5 years hands on experience in EPIC modules.
5. 12 – Months Contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and enhance health information management processes within the EPIC system to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize clinical documentation and coding practices specifically within the EPIC framework.
• Conduct training and provide ongoing support to staff on utilizing the EPIC HIM modules and data management protocols.
• Manage health information analytics from the EPIC system to drive quality improvement initiatives and insightful reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HIM or health data analytics, with a strong focus on EPIC systems.
• Proficient understanding of EPIC modules related to health information management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, coding practices, and data privacy standards.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Certification in HIM (e.g., RHIA, RHIT) is preferred.
