Customer Success & Application Trainer – Clinical Imaging AI

We are seeking a dedicated and clinically experienced Customer Success & Application Trainer to support the successful adoption of our Clinical Imaging AI solutions.

This role serves as the bridge between sales and long-term customer success. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding clinical end users, delivering hands-on application training, and ensuring customers maximize the value of our AI solutions across radiology, ultrasound, mammography, cardiology, and other clinical imaging modalities.

The ideal candidate has a background in medical imaging, biomedical engineering, sonography, or a related clinical discipline, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with radiologists, clinicians, and hospital IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on application training to clinical end users, including radiologists, sonographers, cardiologists, and other clinical staff following system implementation.
• Develop and maintain structured training programs, user guides, quick-reference materials, and onboarding documentation for the clinical imaging AI portfolio.
• Support system go-live and post-implementation activities by working closely with technical and sales teams to ensure a seamless transition from deployment to routine clinical use.
• Conduct clinical workflow assessments at customer sites to understand existing practices and tailor training programs accordingly.
• Act as the primary point of contact for post-sales clinical support, addressing user queries and coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities to improve solution utilization.
• Participate in product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions alongside the sales team, providing clinical expertise and end-user insights.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate recommendations to the product and sales teams to support continuous product enhancement and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, Radiography, Sonography, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Experience delivering clinical application training or customer success within the medical imaging or healthcare technology industry.
• Strong understanding of clinical imaging workflows and AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical users, technical teams, and commercial stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
