Project Manager

Job Summary:
• Manages, develops, and implements project(s) of varying complexity and size in assigned
functional area. Partners with business stakeholders to ensure a successful project
completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple projects from inception to completion; facilitate project planning sessions
with internal stakeholders to determine each project’s scope and objectives.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the Sr. project manager, project sponsor
and other project participants regarding progress and challenges.
• Organize the work according to the customer/project team needs.
• Manager Project documentation –Customer VDRL, vendor documents, and Engineering
documents. Use project management tools.
• Plans and monitors project budget, conducts research and analysis; provides input into the
design and development of project plans and timelines.
• Plans and manages project scope, schedule, cost, issues, and risk; uses project management
tools to manage the processes.
• Plans and aligns – Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with
organizational goals.
• Capture Lesson learned and shared with other teams; draw on other project team
experiences to enhance the project’s success.
• Customer focus – Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric
solutions.
• Manages conflict – Handling conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise.
• Manage communication with internal and external Project stakeholders.
• Support for closeout project documentation and MRB.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
• College, university, or equivalent degree required.

Experience:
• An intermediate level of relevant work experience is required.
