AI Video & VFX Producer – Emirati Nationals Only (Full Time)

We’re looking for a versatile video creator who can take a scenario from concept to finished film entirely on their own — realistic, cinematic 3D sequences such as car chases, fighter-jet dogfights, explosions, and other high-action scenes, delivered as 10–15-minute finished videos.

You’ll work fluidly across AI generative tools and traditional 3D/VFX pipelines, choosing whatever gets the best result. You own the entire pipeline: storyboarding, generation/animation, compositing, editing, sound design, and AI voiceover — delivering a polished final cut with no hand-offs.

Key Responsibilities

• Take a written brief or rough idea and develop it into a shot list, storyboard, or animatic for a 10–15-minute piece.
• Produce realistic 3D/cinematic sequences (vehicle chases, aerial combat, explosions, destruction, environments) using AI video generation, 3D software, or a hybrid of both.
• Maintain visual consistency across a long-form video — characters, vehicles, environments, and lighting holding up across many shots.
• Handle simulation and VFX work: fire, smoke, debris, motion, camera moves, and physics-based effects.
• Composite, colour grade, and edit footage into a finished, broadcast-quality cut.
• Design and mix sound: SFX, ambience, music selection/sync, and AI-generated voiceover/narration.
• Generate, direct, and clean up AI voiceovers (tone, pacing, pronunciation) so they sound natural and on-brand.
• Manage your own production schedule and deliver consistently across a regular pipeline of videos.
• Stay current on emerging AI video, 3D, and audio tools, and recommend the best ones for each job.

• AI voice & audio: e.g., ElevenLabs, plus general sound design and mixing
• Cinematic eye: composition, lighting, pacing, realism — and the stamina to sustain it over long-form videos

Nice to Have

• A reel/portfolio showing realistic action or VFX-heavy work, ideally longer-form.
• Proven ability to single-handedly carry a full production from brief to final delivery.

What Success Looks Like

• Delivers finished, realistic 10–15-minute videos end-to-end without needing a team.
• Knows when AI output is “good enough” vs. when manual work is required, and balances speed against quality.
