Conceptual Creative (Art Director)

We are looking for a talented and passionate Conceptual Creative (Art Director) to create innovative, one-of-a-kind campaigns for leading brands across the MENA region, as well as regional brands expanding into international markets. This is a contract role with the possibility of extension.

From ideation through launch, you will be responsible for delivering ambitious, insight-driven, and data-informed creative concepts that transform business needs into customer-focused brand campaigns and experiences. You should be equally strong in concept development and execution, capable of designing end-to-end experiences and bringing them to life through compelling creative solutions.

The role involves developing campaign strategies, visual identities, and creative assets across multiple digital and offline channels. You will work on projects including video content, user interfaces for voice and screen, interaction models, prototypes, and interactive advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate has strong conceptual thinking, exceptional design skills, and a solid understanding of user experience (UX). You should be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Figma (or be willing to learn Figma).

Your portfolio should showcase highly creative campaigns and ideas that solve customer and business challenges across multiple media channels, including video, social media, digital activations, radio, print, experiential marketing, and outdoor advertising. Strong presentation, storytelling, strategic thinking, and time management skills are essential, along with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute innovative advertising campaigns and brand experiences for global and regional brands.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, strategists, program managers, developers, and producers to deliver customer-focused creative solutions.
• Lead campaigns independently from creative brief through final execution.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and agency partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop creative concepts that balance innovation with measurable business results.
• Present creative ideas and campaign concepts confidently to clients and internal teams.
• Create integrated campaigns across film, print, digital, social media, out-of-home, and experiential channels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Proactively contribute new creative ideas, products, and solutions that enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in creative strategy, art direction, or design within an advertising agency or in-house creative team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and integrated campaign execution.
• Excellent visual design, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
