Epic Analyst – Cadence

We are seeking an experienced Epic Analyst – Cadence to join our client’s healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Epic Cadence with hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, testing, optimization, and go-live support. Experience with Epic Ambulatory and Epic Prelude is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will work closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to design, implement, and support scheduling workflows that enhance patient access and operational efficiency across the organization.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Epic Analyst – Cadence to join our healthcare technology team supporting a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Epic Cadence with hands-on experience in implementation, optimization, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Experience with Epic Ambulatory and Prelude is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to design and support scheduling workflows that enhance patient access and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic Cadence application workflows.
• Participate in full-cycle Epic implementations, including planning, design, build, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
• Gather and analyze business and clinical requirements and translate them into Epic system configurations.
• Support scheduling workflows for outpatient clinics and healthcare facilities.
• Work closely with clinicians, operational teams, and IT stakeholders to improve scheduling efficiency and patient access.
• Develop and execute unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution for production support incidents.
• Support data validation, workflow optimization, and system enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, workflow diagrams, and configuration records.
• Provide end-user support during go-live, stabilization, and hypercare periods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Epic teams, including Ambulatory, Prelude, and Revenue Cycle teams, to ensure seamless workflow integration.
