Installation and Commissioning Engineer

• Schedule the site work following the project timeline and ensure all the deadlines are
achieved.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and stakeholders for
progress and technical support.
• Organize the work according to the customer/project team’s needs.
• Travel to vendor locations and customer sites for installation and testing
coordination/supervision/works.
• Maintain the safety measures at the site and ensured that all quality control regulations were
met at the packager and customer site.
• Verify all materials used for the packaging and ensure that they are as per approved
submittal.
• Inspect the incoming (Cummins free issued) and outgoing materials.
• Testing standard Genset with PCC3300 and BOP (Cummins Genset, switchgear, control panel,
etc).
• Internal test of the EDG package and customer witness test as per FAT/SAT procedure.
• Understand and verify the product per PID, SLD, and control diagram.
• Understand Genset controller and IO’s.
• Troubleshoot the electrical control circuit as per the schematic drawing during the problem in
operation.
• Punchlist closure and getting IRN from the customer for package delivery.
• Prepare Red markup, As built, and submit all related documents for the project handed over.
• Support for closeout of the project documentation and MRB.
